Trademark Application for UPMO Upward Mobility
We are excited to announce that we have applied for the trademark of UPMO Upward Mobility and its associated symbol. The USPTO has provided us with application number 98646013. According to their email, it will take approximately 8 months before our application is reviewed by an examiner. We appreciate your patience as we navigate this lengthy process.

Prototype Development Update
Our team is making significant strides in building our prototype. However, since moving to power and electrical components, visible progress has been slower. Despite this, Gregg and I remain dedicated, working several nights a week to ensure ongoing progress.
SBIR Feedback Status
We are still waiting for feedback from AlenTT regarding our SBIR application. They will notify Dr. Zustiak and me as soon as they receive any information. We will keep you updated as soon as we have more news.
Exploring Equity Crowdfunding
We are once again exploring the option of Equity Crowdfunding. I have a meeting scheduled next week with a representative from Start Engine. I have already shared our presentation video from the Start Up World Cup and some additional information with him. Although we were initially scheduled to meet on Thursday morning, I have not heard back from him in the past 24 hours. We remain hopeful and will provide further updates as they become available.
Podcast Interviews
I was interviewed this week on the “Teach the Geek” podcast, which is expected to be released in September. Last week, I was interviewed on the “Better with Dr. Ericka” podcast. When these episodes are released, I will email links to the respective podcasts.
